Add the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; and let sit for at least thirty minutes. Turn &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks &lt;/span&gt;once or twice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While the&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; is marinating, mix all of the ingredients together for the daikon dressing in a small bowl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remove the&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; from the marinade the pat dry with paper towels. Brush one side of the tuna with half of the oil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat a griddle pan or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure pan gets very hot before adding the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak&lt;/span&gt;. Cook&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; for two minutes and brush the raw side of the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; with the other half of the oil while cooking. After two minutes turn over and cook for another two minutes. (&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Tuna&lt;/span&gt; will be rare. If you like it more well done you can cook the second side up to five minutes.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Transfer &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; to a cutting board and slice. Arrange slices on serving plates. Spoon dressing over&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna&lt;/span&gt; slices and top of a few arugula leaves. Place the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;steak&lt;/span&gt; in a ziplock back and pour the remaining marinade it. Great taste !&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;    2 x 100g &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Tuna Steaks&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    1 teaspoons Cracked Mixed Pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    2 small Shallots finely diced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    100g Crème Fraiche&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    200ml Fish/Vegetable Stock&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    1 Lemon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    1 teaspoon Chopped Chives&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    1/2 teaspoon Brandy&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    1 tablespoon of Toasted Pine Nuts&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    1 tablespoon of butter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Tuna Steak&lt;/span&gt; Flambe au Poivre with Toasted Pine Nuts&lt;br /&gt;Brush the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks &lt;/span&gt;with olive oil, mix salt and pepper together and sprinkle over to coat them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat a frying pan. Make sauce: dissolve cornstarch in vinegar. Combine with mirin and soy sauce and simmer until mixture is a clear dark brown and thickened. Remove from heat but keep warm. Stem spinach leaves for 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grill fish rubbed with sesame oil over hot coals 5-7 minutes per side&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assemble: Arrange a bed of spinach on each plate, place a &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; on top of spinach. Spoon a ring of yellow rice around plate. In a large non-reactive dish, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Place the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Preheat grill for high heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; for 5 to 6 minutes, then turn and baste with the marinade. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or to desired doneness. Discard any remaining marinade. When oil is hot, add steaks (if tuna is wet, pat dry with paper towel). Brown then turn. Add garlic; when garlic is browned, drain excess oil. Add salt, pepper and tarragon then wine, tomatoes and butter, if desired. Then 1/4 cup of stock. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Tamarri wheat free&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp. black pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 stick melted butter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clean&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; with salt water and vinegar. Mix garlic, tamarri, butter, and pepper to make marinate. Marinate at least 1 hour. Put &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; on hot grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until steaks start to flake. Balsamic vinegar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/3 c. olive oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 c. parsley, minced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 garlic cloves, crushed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt;, 3/4 inch thick&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 red bell pepper, cut in strips&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 yellow bell pepper, cut in strips&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 red onion, cubed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whisk together vinegar, oil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to form marinade. Place &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; in a suitable container for marinating and pour marinade over &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak&lt;/span&gt;. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Turn&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; occasionally.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare grill or broiler. Saute pepper strips and onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon marinade until tender. Preheat oven 350 F.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 2. Mix all the ingredients except the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; and butter. this forms the marinade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 3. Use&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; or cut the tuna into cubes, as you prefer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 4. Add the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; to the marinade and allow the&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; to marinate for at least 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 5. Put the&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; and marinade into a buttered baking dish and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak &lt;/span&gt;is cooked through. (approximate) thick cut &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; (four steaks)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2&amp;amp;2/3 cups Italian dressing (cheap is good!)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;8 tbsp. butter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 large cloves minced garlic&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper (or more, if you love black pepper!)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Instructions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marinate the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steak&lt;/span&gt; in the Italian dressing for at least 1/2 hour. In a small pan, melt the butter and add the garlic, heating slowly until the garlic is golden brown. Place&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; on hot grill (preferably a charcoal grill), sprinkling half of the pepper on&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt;. When the first side is done, turn the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt; over and sprinkle the rest of pepper on &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt;.  * 1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper&lt;br /&gt;  * 2 (8 ounce)  &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;tuna steaks&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; Heat a little olive oil in a small pan until nice and hot. Add tuna and sear on each side until a light brown. Add garlic, sherry and orange juice and reduce heat to a low simmer. Cover and simmer, turning once, until tuna is done to your preference (about 5 minutes is good for me, as I don’t care for it rare). Remove tuna to plate. Remove pan from heat, swirl in butter until incorporated, and pour over fish. Add all marinade ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Reserve half of this marinade in a separate container to use as a dipping sauce.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;2) Get a glass baking dish or other non-reactive container to marinade the tuna in. You want the tuna steaks to fit snuggly in the dish so that they are surrounded nicely with the marinade. Pour the marinade into the dish and put the tuna steaks in and kind of swirl the marinade around so that you coat the fish well. Cover with some plastic wrap and refrigerate. Another option is to pour the marinade in a large zip lock bag, add the tuna, and then squeeze out the air. Marinade for 30 minutes to an hour, turning the tuna about half way through.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;3) Remove tuna from fridge and let stand at room temperature for about 20 minutes or so.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;4) Remove tuna from marinade, shaking off any excess marinade and dry on paper towels.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;5) Heat a saute pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. The oil should be hot but not smoking.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;6) While the pan is heating, arrange your sesame seeds on a flat dish. Roll the tuna around in the seeds pressing down as you roll ensuring the seeds are packed into the tuna nicely.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;7) Add the tuna to the hot saute pan and shake it a bit to make sure the tuna does not stick.
